Alicia is a Stanford-trained mechanical engineer turned entrepreneur. After graduate school she spent eight years at Hewlett Packard before she left to start a brewery in Truckee, California. FiftyFifty Brewing is the first brewery to take suit after the wine industry and to sell “futures” in Alicia’s rare (and high-demand) bourbon barrel-aged imperial stout-Eclipse. Alicia is an avid snowboarder, paddle boarder, and ultimate Frisbee player, where she is a two-time world champion.
